1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Hearthprep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian.

2. The Service

Hearthprep provides real past papers, AI-generated practice questions, interactive exam papers, and progress tracking for UK 7+, 11+, 13+ and 16+ entrance and scholarship preparation. Today we are strongest on independent-school past papers and 11+ / 13+ maths; 7+ and 16+ coverage continues to grow. Content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee exam results.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Child accounts must be created by a parent or guardian
• One account per person; account sharing is not permitted

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Free accounts include a daily allowance of practice questions. Paid subscriptions raise or remove that daily cap according to the plan you select — see the pricing page for the current tier limits. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, and materials on Hearthprep are original content or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hearthprep is provided “as is”. While we strive for accuracy in all questions and solutions, we do not guarantee that content is error-free. We are not liable for exam outcomes.
