Wake Me Up 由 BEIJING TWO BEARS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD 提供。本政策说明 Wake Me Up 应用的数据处理方式；Hearthprep 教育产品有其独立政策。
保存在设备上的数据
应用无需注册账户。闹钟时间、重复日期、标签、启用状态、外观设置和提醒状态保存在设备上。应用使用 Apple 系统闹钟能力安排响铃。
摇晃任务使用设备运动数据在本地计数。应用不会将原始运动数据上传至开发者服务器，也不将其用于广告或用户画像。
应用保留有限的本地诊断记录，包括事件时间、应用内部闹钟标识、排程结果与错误，用于排查问题，不会自动上传。
我们不收集的内容
免费基础版没有广告 SDK、第三方分析 SDK或开发者运营的数据收集后端，不出售数据，不进行跨应用追踪，不访问联系人、位置、相机或麦克风。
权限与系统服务
应用需要闹钟授权才能安排系统提醒；摇晃任务会在设备或系统要求时请求运动访问。你可以通过系统设置管理可用的权限。Apple 的操作系统服务、设备备份及用户选择分享的系统诊断由 Apple 的相关政策和设备设置管理。
当你联系我们
仅当你主动发送邮件时，我们才会收到你的邮箱地址、邮件内容和你选择提供的附件，用于答复及处理支持问题。邮件由相关邮件服务提供商传递。请勿发送密码或不必要的个人信息。你可以通过下方邮箱请求删除我们保留的支持通信；我们会处理请求，并说明任何必须保留的部分。
删除与控制
你可以在应用中关闭或删除闹钟。删除应用通常会移除其本地应用数据；系统备份的管理取决于设备设置。卸载前请先关闭不再需要的闹钟。
访问这些网页
本支持页和隐私页由 Hearthprep 网站托管，不包含广告、分析脚本或登录功能。托管服务在提供网页时可能处理 IP 地址、浏览器信息和请求日志；访问网站不会自动上传应用中的闹钟或运动数据。

Privacy Policy

On-device processing
No account is required. Alarm times, repeat days, labels, enabled state, appearance preferences and reminder state are stored on your device. Apple’s system alarm framework schedules alerts. Motion data is used locally to count shakes and is not uploaded to our servers or used for advertising or profiling. A limited local diagnostic history stores event times, internal alarm identifiers, scheduling results and errors; it is not automatically uploaded.
Collection and permissions
The basic app has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK or developer-operated data-collection backend. We do not sell data or track you across apps. The app does not access contacts, location, camera or microphone. Alarm permission is required; motion access may be requested by your device for the shake task. Manage available permissions in system settings. Apple system services, device backups and system diagnostics you choose to share are governed by Apple’s policies and device settings.
Support and deletion
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send, solely to respond and resolve your support request. Email providers process delivery. Do not include passwords or unnecessary personal details. You may request deletion of retained support correspondence at hello@hearthprep.com; we will handle the request and explain any required retention. You can disable or delete alarms in the app. Uninstalling normally removes local app data; backups depend on system settings. Disable unwanted alarms before uninstalling.
This website
These support and privacy pages have no advertising, analytics scripts or login features. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver the website. Visiting these pages does not upload your app’s alarms or motion data. We will update this page and its date when practices change. Contact: hello@hearthprep.com.
